Whole Grain Tortilla Chicken & Veggie Recipe

  • 1 kg skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 5 whole grain tortillas – large
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • red, yellow and orange peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 carrots
  • hummus
  • salt, pepper, olive oil

Instructions: 

Wash chicken breast and cut into small squares, spray pan with olive oil and fry the chicken, fry veggies in another pan. Spread tortilla with 1 tbsp hummus, add 3oz of chicken, some veggies and roll.

Each tortilla will have approximately 290 calories:

( 25g protein, 30g carbohydrates and 8 g fat)
