TUNA LETTUCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:

1. can of tuna, drained

2. 1 tbsp of light mayo

3. 1 tsp of dijon mustard

4. 1/2 tsp of lemon juice

5. 1/2 avocado diced

6.  20 cherry tomatoes, diced

7. 4 lettuce leaves

8. spices of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Combine tuna, light mayo, dijon mustard, lemon juice, until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture on a washed lettuce leaf.
  3. Top with tomatoes, avocado and spices.
