“Training with Ingrid has been a life-changing experience for my body and health. I was always an active person, but I was never able to see results or any difference in my body shape and size. The same old workouts left me feeling unmotivated and frankly just bored with fitness. After my first son, I really craved a new workout, and an improved body. I hired Ingrid at first to just give me a few new workouts that I could do on my own. However, I found that I looked so forward to working out with her, that I started doing twice weekly sessions.
