Protein Crepes

1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp coconut oil

Topping: plain yogurt, berries, pecans, unsweetened coconut flakes, maple syrup

Grind oats into powder, in a bowl combine egg whites, egg, oats and almond milk until dissolved. Scoop 1/2 of the mixture.

Place a non stick skillet with 1 tsp coconut oil over medium high heat.

Scoop about 1/2 of the mixture into the pan and rotate pan around so the batter spreads thin. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned and flip it over to cook through.

Macros in crepes without the topping: (approx.) 23g protein, 23g carbs, 14g fat
