Delicious Overnight Oatmeal

delicious overnight oatmealHere is the breakdown of each oatmeal I made:

500 ml jars:

1.) 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup greek plain yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, drizzle of honey

480 calories (8g fat, 56g carbs, 40g protein)

2.) 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup greek plain yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup cup bananas, 1/4 cup strawberries, drizzle of honey

484 calories (8g fat, 57g carbs, 40g protein)

3.) 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup greek plain yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon

255 calories (7g fat, 34g carbs, 40g protein)

250 ml jars:

4.) 1/4 cup oats; 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup greek plain yogurt, drizzle of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup blackberries, sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes and cinnamon

281 calories ( 9g fat, 28g carbs, 22g protein)

5.) 1/4 cup oats, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup greek plain yogurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup raspberries, sprinkle with silvered almonds and cinnamon

318 calories (14,5 g fat; 30,5 g carbs; 14,5 g protein)

6.) 1/4 cup oats, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup greek plain yogurt, 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/3 cup mango, sprinkle with dark chocolate and cinnamon

271 calories (4,8g fat, 48g carbs, 9g protein)
